MINIMUM EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION: MBA (HR Specialization)
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 3 years in HR department.
JOB ROLE:
Your main job role will include:
- Strategic recruitment and allocation for company.
- Developing and implementing company HR policies including hiring, training, leave, allowances and performance appraisals etc.
- Assess training requirements for different functions and develop training programs.
- Report monthly progress to management.
- Work with management to improve human resource allocation and optimize their costs.
- Manage and develop SOPs for Administration related work at the showrooms in Lahore.
