Role and Responsibilities

- Reach and exceed a targeted number of diliverables per day as determined by the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that have been set for the role.

- Pass through high quality work as determined by the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

- Enhance the customer journey in a professional and polite manner at all times.

- Ensure that all compliance procedures are adhered to at all times.

- Use the skill sets learned to capitalise on all business opportunities.

Most of the work will be home based, according to your compentencies and will take 3-4 hours per day, which will be monitored through online work place sharing applications. Biweekly progress meetings will take place according to KPIs. 

Salary:  20 000 -35 000
