Business Development Executive – Job Description
Rezaid is looking for a Business Development Executive to join our Digital Marketing team to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all channels.
If you are motivated and results-driven, and enjoy working in a team environment, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you will contribute to our long-term business growth.
This is in an exciting opportunity for the successful candidate to grow and develop in an expanding company.
Responsibilities
- Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
- Present our company to potential clients
- Identify client needs and suggest appropriate services
- Plan/Execute marketing campaigns that build brand awareness and generate leads, with a close eye on ROI
- Collect and analyze data regarding customer preferences and needs to better identify market potential and factors influencing demand
- Use analytic skills to identify and test emerging opportunities for business market growth and improvement
- Develop and manage forecasts; implement strategies to achieve targets.
- Gain deep understanding of competitor performance & market dynamics
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
Requirements
- At least an undergraduate degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field
- 1-2 Years of work experience as a Business Development Executive or in a similar role
- Expertise in MS Excel (handling complex data, analysing spreadsheets and charts)
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Ability to deliver engaging presentations
- Experience in Digital Marketing would be an added advantage
- Good teamwork skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent IT skills
