Job Description:

Rezaid is seeking to hire an experienced HR Co-ordinator to join its Lahore office to support the HR department. You will act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees, external partners and job applicants.


Your main administrative duties include posting job advertisements, working with outside partners, collecting and screening applications, and inducting new employees. You will manage the entire recruitment and selection process.


Our ideal candidate will have experience of implementing HR procedures and can demonstrate the ability to juggle multiple administrative tasks in a timely manner.


Responsibilities



  • Work with Rezaid’s senior management team to recruit new employees

  • Schedule staff HR reviews, gather outcomes and monitor follow up actions

  • Communicate with job applicants, conduct screening interviews and short-list interviewees. Collate interviewer’s feedback

  • Walk through company policies and procedures with new arrivals

  • Work with external recruiting partners, including universities and trusted websites

  • Administrate staff leave requests and attendance

  • Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence and sick days)

  • Organise and attend staff social events


Requirements



  • At least 3yrs proven experience as an HR Administrator, HR Admin assistant or relevant role

  • Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular)

  • Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritise important projects

  • Mature personality – strong phone, email and in-person communication skills

  • BS/MS in Human Resources or relevant field will be preferred
