This role will be responsible for managing multiple medium to large scale Digital projects and initiatives cross-functionally, from initiation through implementation. 

Responsibilities:

• Partner closely with Product Managers as well as Technology PMs to provide required support to achieve project goals.
• Recommend strategies and actions, based on market competition research and data, to maximize business impacts to the organization.
• Create customer journey maps and touch points. Implement automated Digital customer journey to ensure exceptional customer experience.
• Stay abreast of emerging digital technologies/initiatives and engage in research and development activities for new or existing solutions.
• Track and initiate digital initiatives across the Bank.
• Drive and support projects aiming at business improvement and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• Minimum BBA (preferably MBA).
• At least 4 years’ experience in Banking or FinTech.
• Ability to coordinate amongst cross functional teams in a fast-paced environment with many projects occurring at once.
• Exceptional communication skills, strong writing skills and ability to present in front of a large audience.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to communicate effectively with senior managers.
• Experience in Digital startup policies, regulatory framework, Digital platforms, strategic planning and implementation, process improvement, metric reporting and consultation.
• Thorough understanding of Digital market trends.
