Job Description: |
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries on our social media platforms.
- Communicating with customers through various channels including social media platforms as well as telephonically
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
- Provide support the product team in uploading products
- Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries
- Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Generate sales leads
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Go the extra mile to engage customers
- Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail or social media
- Use telephones to reach out to customers and verify information
- Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling
