Job Description:

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries on our social media platforms.

  • Communicating with customers through various channels including social media platforms as well as telephonically

  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.

  • Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.

  • Provide support the product team in uploading products

  • Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries

  • Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction

  • Generate sales leads

  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents

  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

  • Go the extra mile to engage customers

  • Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail or social media

  • Use telephones to reach out to customers and verify information

  • Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling
