Job Description:
  • To record all accounting transactions.
  • Prepare various monthly/weekly/daily management reports.
  • Prepare bank reconciliations.
  • Handle receivables and payables activities.
  • Ensure proper accounting and record of Assets Movements.
  • Prepare data for monthly returns of sales tax and income tax withholding statements.
  • Assist Head of accounts in periodical reporting to different Government bodies & authorities.
  • Working with head of accounts to monitor spending, and processing payroll and other expenses.
  • Process payroll including calculation & deduction of WHT u/s 149.
  • Look after general admin related work.
  • Ensuring office is stocked with necessary supplies and all office equipments are working and properly maintained.

Required Skills:
Bank Reconciliation,tax filing,Good knowledge of Accounting Standards,Microsoft Excel
