- Must be expert in content writing with strong vocabulary
- Creating desired and meaningful content for all social media platforms through writing editing and posting for social media posts
- Command on social media trends and social media marketing
- Managing high volume of responses on time
- Answer or contribute to public comments or questions on social media
- To manage multiple departments for brand consistency
