Job Description: |
- Monitor outbound call responses to assess associates demeanor, technical accuracy, customer service performance and provides feedback to team leader.
- Assist in developing, creating and implementing call center quality processes and procedures
- Identify and recognize call center trends.
- Assist with preparation and execution of weekly call review and calibration sessions with Operations staff.
- Make sure that customer service/recovery team provides complete and accurate information to customers.
Note: Call Center Quality Assurance experience is preferred. |
