| Job Description: |
The tasks we are looking to be completed by the role of IT Project Coordinator.
- Works with management and other departments to implement a successful IT plan
- Facilitate the interaction between end-users and higher-level support
- Accompanying and supporting the company in the daily cooperation with Indian IT specialists (remote)
- Provide technical support to all employees
- Project coordination and support
- Project Escalation Management
- Perform other ad-hoc projects or tasks as assigned
Your experience
- Very good Experience with Office365 Tools
- Knowledge of IT-Security
- Experience with CRM (ideally vtiger)
- Extraordinary organizing skills
- Experience with IT projects and agile methods (Scrum, Kanban)
- Understanding of IT (no programming languages necessary)
- Very good English skills
- German language skills would advantageous
- Problem-solving oriented and communicative
- You are motivated and work independently and you are able to manage and organize tasks on your own
- Intercultural project experience (especially Indian culture), would be nice to have
- Experience in remote based collaboration
