We are looking for a Cold Caller for USA Real Estate Project. 

Please don't apply if you are not comfortable working with a virtual company. It is a home-based Job totally.

You will be provided a Dialer to make calls to homeowners and a script will be provided as well. Your Job will be to dial 8 hours a day and make appointments with people who are looking to sell their property. 

Your target will be 16 appointments a month. 

Even if you make 4 appointments a month you will still be able to keep your job and get 45K a month. And if you reach 16 appointments in a month you will get 45K Basic plus 45K bonus. 

If you do not make any appointment you will get 30K and you will be fired.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years proven track record as a Success Cold caller in USA based Campaigns.
• You should have 10mbps internet connection with a back up connection as well.
• You should have a laptop along with power back up.
• You should have a neutral accent, conversational ability and convincing power.
• We will reach out to shortlisted candidates on weekends for an interview.
