ARAR Group of Companies is looking for a dynamic and energetic individual who has strong Analytical skills as well as able to do tasks as per given timeline.
Job Description
- Check the daily status of Consumables at warehouse to maintain inventory threshold limit.
- Visit the warehouse randomly to check the status of inventories, storage and its usability.
- Assist the Supply Chain Manager in the preparation of monthly requirement of consumable / reusable of field and head office inventory.
- Market research to identify prospective Retailors and execute contract with them
- Identify and devise clusters of Retailors for optimum product delivery in intended service area’.
- Coordination with Operations team to clarify requirement and continuous communication with Retailors.
- Follow up with Retailors for daily product delivery to Operations Team.
- Daily reporting of product deliveries to higher management.
- Follow up with retailors for bill clearance and ledger reconciliation.
- Prepare periodic analysis of procured items to identify regular items for procurements and presenting analysis to higher management.
- Any other specific task deems necessary buy the Management to execute.
