| Job Description: |
- Serving as the first point of contact for IT support within the organization
- Installing, configuring and maintaining software and hardware components of computer, network systems/switches, Wireless Access points and CCTV Trouble shooting.
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting software and hardware issues and Network/Wireless issues and CCTV Cameras software trouble shooting.
- Repairing and replacing damaged computer and network components and Wireless Access point.
- Ensuring the security of client and server computers by installing and upgrading antivirus and firewall software and switches.
- Supporting people whenever they encounter challenges with computers, network and wireless devices.
- Maintaining and updating technical documentation regularly.
- Testing new hardware and software before full-scale installation.
- Assist IT Manger for system, network and Wireless Access issues on daily base.
- Branches Visit as per requirement or remotely access of system on line.
