| Job Description: |
- Schedule regular meetings and record minutes (e.g. assigned tasks and next steps)
- Break projects into doable tasks and set timeframes and goals in guidance with overall Project Scope
- Create and update workflows in consultation with Project Managers
- Prepare and provide documentation to internal teams and key stakeholders
- Assist Project Managers and Work Stream Leads in data base management and report preparation
- Monitor project progress and address potential issues, prepare and distribute project materials
- Coordinate quality controls to ensure deliverables meet requirements
- Measure and report on project performance weekly and monthly basis across all work streams defined
- Point of contact for within the HIP PK team across different work streams as defined in Project scope to facilitate communications.
