Comtanix is a fast-growing BPO (NOT a call center) situated in Bahria Phase 8, Rawalpindi. Based on our past success and continuous growth in business, Comtanix is looking to further expand its operations. Currently we are looking for an eCommerce Sales Representative.

Who we are looking for:

We are looking for an eager individual experienced in eCommerce Sales with excellent English communication and MS Excel skills and proactive personality for our Company.

Job Responsibilities:

• You should have moderate knowledge of eCommerce platforms (Amazon, Woo Commerce, e-Bay, Walmart Stores etc). 
• Good understanding of B2B E-commerce sales and operation and must be able to think strategically and perform day to day account management.
• Drafting business strategy based on competitor analysis & research and getting that strategy implemented. Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Reach out to customers for reviews or notify them for issues with order fulfillment. 
• Monitor customer returns, notify of issues with return, flag suspicious customer taking advantage of system.
• Monitor order fulfillment and follow up till successful delivery.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Strong analytical, communication, and computer skills.
• Ability to work independently & effectively with all levels within an organization.
• Ability to work in Night shift
