Job Description:
  • Planning, developing and implementing PR strategies.
  • Supervise and Coordinate all public relations activities.
  • Build relationships with thought leaders to grow industry awareness.
  • Dealing with enquiries from the public, the press, and related organizations.
  • Speaking publicly at interviews, press conferences and presentations.
  • Designing, writing and/or producing presentations, press releases, articles, leaflets, ‘in-house' journals, reports, publicity brochures, information for web sites and promotional videos.
  • Liaising with, and answering enquiries from media, individuals and other organizations.
  • Researching, writing and distributing press releases to targeted media;
  • Writing and editing in-house magazines, case studies, speeches, articles and annual reports;
  • Preparing and supervising the production of publicity brochures, handouts, direct mail leaflets, promotional videos, photographs, films and multimedia programmes.
  • Organizing events including press conferences, exhibitions, open days and press tours.
  • Developing, implementing and monitoring Leadership development programs
  • Providing counsel and being a resource to leaders in the management of their offices
  • Creating strategic talent development programs to meet personal, professional, and organizational needs of employees
  • Coordinating training of skill development, customer service, compliance and law, and policies and procedures.
  • Developing and implementing new employee orientations, employee appreciation events, and college-wide assemblies.
  • Developing, implementing and monitoring Leadership development programs.
