We are Foreign Education and immigration Company. In order to expand our business activities, we are looking forward for young, energetic, self-motivated Visa Officer / Immigration Officer for our Lahore and Faisalabad branch.
Candidate must be having at least 2-5 years of working experience in education and immigration advisory service industry about student visa processing and immigration with any Consultancy firm dealing with any of countries like Australia, Ireland, Malaysia, Cyprus, Canada USA and UK.
The selected candidate will be the face of the company and the first point of contact with Clients.
Candidate must be able to independently proceed visa and immigration cases. This include meeting with client, follow up, guidance to client, complete filing, correspondence with assessing immigration bodies.
The selected candidate will be responsible for the following:
- Daily operations and smooth functioning of the branch.
- Driving quarterly targets through the team.
- Work in coordination with Director Counselling and Country Manager.
- Contribute in marketing strategy.
The successful candidate will be offered training and development with domestic and international travelling opportunities.
Handle escalated calls when required and take care of difficult scenarios when necessary.
Managing large amounts of outbound calls in a timely manner.
Build sustainable relationships and engage customers.
Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
Should be excellent in English Language ( Writing, Speaking, Listing and Reading)
2+ years of relevant work experience in Overseas Education and Immigration
Ability to counsel students and convert walk-ins / leads in to admissions.
Regular follow-up with clients.
Maintaining Database on Daily Basis. Maintaining files and records with effective filing systems
Obtains client information by answering telephone calls; interviewing clients; verifying information.
Previous experience of working in similar capacity at International Organization will be preferred like British Council or like that.
Competencies:
Strong Sales skills and ability to convince people. Sales and Marketing skills will be a distinct advantage.
Experience of blogging and online counselling on education portals will be a distinct advantage
Effective communication and presentation skills

Excellent spread sheet (MS Excel) and data analysis skills

Willingness to travel across the territory
Can work to achieve targets set by company & can communicate effectively
Should have working knowledge of Computers and MS Office.
