Our company required Professional with experience in sales & marketing. Candidates with Master’s degree in Marketing and Home Appliances experience background will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To a key role in the development of the business.
  • Responsible for the presentation and sale of all company product line and services to current and new potential clients.
  • Responsible for the establishment and maintenance of current clients and potential client relationships.
  • Responsible for the awareness and implementation of companies Sales/Incentive policies in the market.
  • Ensure that all the clients are updated and communicated about the company’s policies and procedures
  • Responsible for the achievement of sales targets and exploring new markets / clients for increasing sales and growth of the company.
  • Monitoring his sales team and motivate them to achieve their sales targets.
  • Manage the assigned areas. In this regard, he will visit the market for assessing the effectiveness of area personnel and control the market place.
  • Ensure greater productivity (collage and availability) among the retailer trade.
  • To identify poor performing dealers/customers with clear action plan along with deadlines to RSM.
  • To provide sales forecast for his area.
  • To achieve volume targets through area personnel.
  • To explore and expand networks in consultation with RSM sales & Marketing.
  • To splits the sales targets for his area and ensure that targets are achieved.
  • To monitor the performance of brands / area/ dealers.
  • To ensure efficient working of area sales personnel by regular field Contacts/monthly meetings and to assist them in over-coming their difficulties.
  • To take maximum advantage of all sales opportunities in his area.
  • To identify brands which are not performing satisfactory in certain areas and to suggest activities in order bring desire improvement in the brands.
  • To ensure avoid bad debts.
  • To promptly attend to all sales problems in his area either taking action within the scope of his authority or by referring the problem to RSM with his recommendation.
  • To prepare sales estimates as per laid down discipline and submit to the RSM.
  • To ensure that required sales documents are maintained and kept up to date all times.
  • To follow and regularizes sales policies.
  • To visit regularly for the development of channel environment scan (market, trends, competition) & measuring assessing business performance.
  • To assess quality complaints and report where necessary.
  • Checking and implementation of sales policy.
  • Higher attention is required on poor performance of area/sales personnel &  dealers for improvement.
  • Implement and execute company plan/policy within assign areas.
  • To ensure that all reports & returns concerning area is submitted to RSM as per schedule.
  • Regular follow up and monitoring the recoveries.
