Job Description: |
Pinnacle requires offshore customer support executives for its inbound operations.
Handling customers via Live Chats, Inbound Calls and Email Correspondence are the major tasks.
Needs to perform business requirements and trend analysis for client satisfaction and profitability.
Job includes Pure Customer Service Operations for our international clients.
