Position Overview:
We are looking for Business development Messaging Analyst to help guarantee a high level of service for different clients that would be to lead buying and selling of SMS routes with suppliers and customers respectively leading to revenue and margin maximization of business. This is a cross-functional role working closely with the SMS Messaging.
Job Responsibilities:
- Playing an integral role in new business pitches and hold responsibility for the effective on-boarding of new clients.
- Responsible for the development and achievement of sales through the direct sales channel.
- Focusing on growing and developing existing clients, together with generating new business.
- Write business plans for all current and opportunity
- You will act as the key interface between the customer and all relevant divisions.
· Monitoring ongoing costs and prices of SMS delivery and confirm that costs are in line with expectations.
• The role will encompass securing commercially viable SMS agreements/deals with Messaging Suppliers (MNOs, Mobile Operators and other direct wholesale market players and A2P SMS aggregators), working closely with the Account Managers, to build inventory of routes to fulfil A2P SMS market demand.
• Primary post-agreement point of contact for Suppliers for periodic and need basis negotiation on rates for A2P SMS delivery to various destinations for different routing classes.
• Provide details of rates/route offerings available via different Suppliers
• Lead traffic farming activities to maximize traffic and revenue with A2P Messaging customers.
• Discover wholesale traffic arbitrage positions within the operating region based on rates/routes available from various Suppliers
• Generate, retain and profitably grow company volume, sales, and profitability through proactive management of assigned customer relationships.
• Leads all aspects of the sales process, calling upon others to assist in solution development and proposal delivery, as needed, or as directed by management.
• Develop customer account plans for all assigned customers to leverage target or strategic sales, and establish a clear action plan for success.

• University degree required preferably in business, marketing and/or engineering. BUSINESS TELECOMMUNICATIONS SERVICES
• Experience in the A2P SMS business environment.
• Have proven sales, negotiation & communication skills; Result oriented with a strong analytical mind
• preferably Success in managing A2P commercial relationships
