As the Head of Product, you will own all product responsibility for a new tech sector startup in the automotive industry with intense operations in Pakistan, you will have a massive impact on the growth of the venture from an early phase and thus, its ultimate success at scale. You will enjoy full independence and ownership while at the same time.

For this role you will be expected to have stellar analytical skills, be able to analyze data and utilize it for product improvement, have innovative approach toward building, developing, and improvising the product as per the changing market trends and business models at national and international level.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Own the overall product vision and development for an exciting new VC funded company in the automotive sector


• Determine customers' needs by specifying the research needed to obtain market information


• Recommend the nature and scope of present and future product lines by reviewing product specifications and requirements; assessing and evaluating new product ideas and/or product changes


• Research and define the ongoing requirements for the business model, as well as analyze and identify the needs and use cases of all stakeholders, from end users to customer service.


• Develop and execute the long-term product roadmap.


• Work closely with the engineering team to ship high-quality products.


• Manage product analytics and KPI reporting.


• Complete operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results


• Maintain product management staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results


• Build a high-performance product management team and establish a scalable product development process.
