| Job Description: |
Maintaining Inventory of Branchless banking debit cards at back office. Issuance of debit card to branchless banking customers within TAT against their requests. Issuance of debit cards to bank branches and maintaining inventory recon with them. Provide support to customer and resolution of card related issues Daily/Weekly/Monthly reporting to management with analysis and suggestion. Ensure preparedness of the unit/segment for review and audit by internal/external/SBP Auditors. Ensure coaching/training of staff for improved performance Identify bottle neck in process flows and product for effectiveness.
