Job Description:

JOB SUMMARY: This role will be responsible for managing the overall business/sales operations for the Branchless Banking domain including product design, product positioning and segmentation, sales and business growth along with monitoring and operations management. The position will also look after backend Sales Support, and work with the Super Agent to drive uptake of the wallet accounts.

Responsibilties:

  • Product analysis of competitive offering/new initiatives.

  • Develop Product Segmentation and Product Positioning, design and roll-out plan.

  • Preparation of Product wise cost and benefit analysis.

  • Mobilize the sales force and preparation of sales for targets.

  • Create alliances/partnerships for corporate sales.

  • Manage the sales operations/support back office.

  • Devise the incentive structure for sales force.

  • Liaison with the major stake holders for the Product feedback.

  • Oversee the development of training tools and programs for staff on Product features/services.

  • Coordinate with Compliance Department for developing documents in order to comply with State Bank Pakistan’s documentary requirements.

  • Ensure proactive and collaborative management to prevent delays and bottlenecks; escalate issues timely for resolution.

 

  • Manage pilot runs and share outcomes for further reviews and action.
  • Manage conversion of pilots to full scale roll outs in collaboration with stakeholders.
