· Designing and implementing HR policies and procedure
· Explain various policies, strategies, and benefits to employees
· Draft Job descriptions and Specifications, followed by sending to supervisor for review
· Restructuring job descriptions as per recommendations
· Coordinate staff recruitment and selection process in order to ensure a timely organized and comprehensive procedure is used to hire staff
· On-boarding/Off-Boarding of Employees
· Leaves and Attendance Management
· Performance Management
· Employee Database (Both in Soft Form and File management)
· Handling all employees related issues including; Salary, Leaves, Grievances, Attendance, etc.
· Perform Employee Engagement Activities
· Coordination with different stakeholders on behalf of organization
