Candidates with Masters degree in Marketing and Home Appliances experience background will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
- Achievement of sales target along with collection of assigned branches.
- Ensuring dealer profitability in all products
- Devise and implement Dealer Sales Policies.
- Ensure very strong and healthy relations with Top dealers.
· To a key role in the development of the business.
- Responsible for sale targets of all company product line and services to current and new potential clients
- Responsible for the establishment and maintenance of client relationships
- Responsible for implementation of companies Sales policies in the market
- Responsible for the achievement of sales targets and growth of the branch of the company
- Monitoring his sales team and motivate them to achieve their sales targets
- Manage the Branch Team and assigned areas for the team
- To provide sales forecast for his area
- To achieve volume targets through area personnel
- To explore and expand company network
- To splits the sales targets for his team and ensure that targets are achieved
- To monitor the performance of brands / Sales team/ dealers
- To ensure efficient working of area sales personnel by regular field Contacts/monthly meetings and to assist them in over-coming their difficulties
- To identify brands which are not performing satisfactory in certain areas and to suggest activities in order bring desire improvement in the brands
- To ensure avoid bad debts
- To ensure that required sales documents are maintained and kept up to date all times
- To follow and regularizes sales policies
- Checking and implementation of sales policy
- Higher attention is required on poor performance of area/sales personnel & dealers for improvement
- Implement and execute company plan/policy within assign areas
- Regular follow up and monitoring the recoveries and sales team
