Candidates with Masters degree in Marketing and Home Appliances experience background will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
- To a key role in the development of the business
- Responsible for the presentation and sale of all company product line and services to current and new potential clients
- Responsible for the establishment and maintenance of current clients and potential client relationships
- Responsible for the awareness and implementation of companies Sales/Incentive policies in the market
- Responsible for the achievement of sales targets and exploring new markets / clients for increasing sales and growth of the company
- Visit the market for assessing the effectiveness of area personnel and control the market place
- To a key role in the development of the business
- Ensure greater productivity (collage and availability) among the retailer trade
- To identify poor performing dealers/customers with clear action plan along with deadlines to ASM
- To achieve volume targets through area personnel
- To explore and expand networks in consultation with ASM sales & Marketing
- To take maximum advantage of all sales opportunities in his area
- To ensure avoid bad debts
- To ensure that required sales documents are maintained and kept up to date all times
- To follow and regularizes sales policies
- To visit regularly for the development of channel environment scan (market, trends, competition) & measuring assessing business performance
- To assess quality complaints and report where necessary
- Checking and implementation of sales policy
- Higher attention is required on poor performance of area/sales personnel & dealers for improvement
- Implement and execute company plan/policy within assign areas
- Regular follow up and monitoring the recoveries.
