Job Description:

Dapper Apps is an award-winning, young, vibrant app development agency based in Lahore, with headquarters in Perth, Australia. Our team creates mobile apps, websites, design and marketing for a wide array of clients.

 We are looking for a highly motivated, positive and organised super star!

The team at Dapper are more like a family and enjoy frequent social activities, including annual trips and an in-office ping pong table. You will also be liaising very closely with the team back in Perth on a daily basis.

As an HR & Office Administrator, you will need to:

  • Motivate and support a team of 20+ developers
  • Assisting in creating and implementing company policies geared towards high performance of the team
  • Ensure staff strictly adhere to company policies, particularly punctuality, attendance and leave
  • Check, maintain and approve staff leave records
  •   Administer Payroll, including employee benefits, EOBI, medical & life insurance, etc
  • Assist with sourcing, interviewing, hiring and inducting new staff
  • Upload receipts/invoices, leave and other documents to online system for Management to review on a scheduled basis
  • Forecast yearly budget for the company - covering expenses such as administrative expenses, expected salary reviews and other employee related expenditure
  • Report to remote management team in Australia
  • Administrative duties such as meeting contractors, paying bills, buying groceries
  • Assist with company legal matters in Pakistan
  • Purchasing of office supplies and equipment

Required skills:

  • 3+ years experience in a similar role
  • Highly motivated
  • Positive, can-do attitude
  • Punctual
  • Extremely organized, with exceptional attention to detail
  • Natural leader/motivator – good at inspiring the team to do better, work harder and enjoy being at the office
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, fluent in English
  • Computer literacy – MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, Skype and others
  • Sound knowledge of the HR standards and laws in Pakistan
  • Previous work in HR for a tech or IT related company will be favourable (although not essential)
  • Degree in Business Administration and/or Human Resources is advantageous
