Job Description: |
- Checking and maintaining of attendance / overtime of all sites and head office daily / weekly / monthly basis.
- Record keeping of head office employee in time attendance software.
- Updating over time of all sites on daily basis.
- Checking late arrivals of all employees.
- Update all records of employees of sites/head office.
- Making appointment / termination / warning / full and final settlements.
- Visit KPL SITES from time to time as per instructions of HOD.
- Maintain /coordinate relationship between site employees and management.
- Coordinate with insurance company(s) in order to update employees information
- Weekly performance report of previous week be submitted on every Monday.
- Assist HR Department in preparation of Salaries / Allowances / Overtime etc.
- Perform duties and tasks assigned by HOD from time to time.
- Performance report (Attendance and punctuality) on quarterly basis.
