POSITION PURPOSE:

To serve in the capacity of a content writer for OSPR and coordination of sponsored research related functions.

Main Responsibilities

• Content writing, editing and drafting of OSPR monthly newsletters, annual reports and report writing for donors and other stakeholders.
• Extending support in change management of research policies.
• The ideal candidate should have decent Adobe Photoshop and Corel Draw skills.
• High standard of English is a must.
• The candidate will be responsible to design and manage content for web portal, website and customized project management software.
• The candidate should also possess good Excel skills and should be able to make sense of the data.
• Attention to details is a must characteristic.
• Coordination and managing University Research Council meetings.
• Efficient contributor to departmental events and project management activities.
• Performing other related duties as assigned by senior executives.

  Skills:

• Must be proficient in latest IT office productivity tools
• Preference will be given to candidates having experience of scientific and technical research proposal and report writing including budgets.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability of work in fast paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Strong verbal, reading and written communication skills
• Excellent content writing, graphical representation and high level document preparation skills
