| Job Description: |
Strategic Role:
- Responsible for the provision of professional expertise at the forefront and improve the current maintenance systems (Electrical/Mechanical) by introducing latest/modern maintenance systems etc.
- Responsible for maximizing efficiency & effectiveness of Maintenance Department’s Functions due to increasing production operations etc.
- To act as a communication link from “top to bottom” and “bottom to top” of the organization to ensure communication and implementation of company’s policies/rules for Master Tile and Master Mono.
Operational:
- To analyze the current situation and prepare a report of deficiencies and highlight the areas where improvements can be made.
- To monitor and improve the working of all reporting sections and prepare plans for improvement in their day to day performance. Accordingly to monitor the quality of maintenance works of each section and advises them to make use of latest techniques for enhancing the quality and reliability of the work performed.
- To Supervise the Erection and commissioning of new machinery/plants as far as mechanical and electrical side is concern.
- To design preventive and corrective maintenance program of Electrical/Mechanical and implement properly. Accordingly supervise the daily, weekly and monthly preventative maintenance inspections.
- To conduct safety compliance inspections and maintain records of the equipment (Electrical/Mechanical).
- To analyze equipment failures, determine causes and make necessary adjustments or repairs.
- Always seek new technologies and automation opportunities in lowering the overall cost of manufacturing.
- To prepare and manage expenditure and budget of Maintenance Department
- To make assessment of risks relating to machinery for Master Tile and master Mono.
- To maintain machine maintenance record according to machine manual.
- To prepare and implement machine and equipment lubrication schedule.
- To perform mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.
- To keep equipment, plant and machinery in working.
- To work with close coordination with all departmental Managers / HODs regarding any problem, get their feedback and take remedial measures accordingly.
- Coordinate with technical store to maintain store & spare inventory of his related area.
