Job Description:

Contribute to achieving the objectives of CIMA Pakistan market and business strategy for


·         Growth of student numbers


·         Retention of student base by planning and implementing exam entry campaigns, workshops and creating employment opportunities


·         Progression of student base by planning and implementing exam entry campaigns


·         Managing existing CIMA employer partners as well as developing new relationships


·         Plan and implement though leadership programmes


·         Plan and implement all branding associated exercises


·         Work closely with CM on all BD activities including follow up activities with universities and employers in Pakistan


·         To organise and support events conducted by CIMA Pakistan for employers, universities and tuition colleges


Promote CIMA’s technical agenda


 


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


·         Conducting presentation with new and existing accounts to ensure CIMA is the qualification of choice for employers, graduates and students.


·         Promote the qualification amongst universities through the advanced exemptions route


·         Promote the gateway and graduation route amongst the employers through corporate deals and bulk registration processes


·         Staying in touch with all accounts to create brand awareness. Arrangements to be made for promotional material distribution and branding in house.


·         Retention and progression of student base by planning and implementing campaigns, workshops, seminars.


·         To assist in delivering new registration target as per projected monthly pipelines through employers contacts.


·         Creating new employer opportunities


·         Dissemination of information and One to one counselling for employer leads


·         Provide support to employer deals prospects by offering registration process including issuing documents required by banks to issue bank drafts.


·         Counselling and dissemination of information via telecalls and emails for employers


·         Managing existing CIMA employer partners


·         Provide support to in relation to subscription payments and issuing documentation required by bank to issue bank drafts for employer leads


·         Plan and implement thought leadership programmes


·         Plan and implement branding associated exercises


·         Delivering awareness presentations of CIMA and generating student registrations, maintaining prospect records, categorising hot and warm prospects and following up on prospects to ensure conversion by telecalls and email notifications.


·         Maintaining relationships with training partners and universities. Keeping them up to date with important deadlines and dates, arranging for regular meetings with students and notification of important changes.


·         Maintaining CTD records. Arranging for internships for CIMA students and creating employment opportunities. Participate and organise job fairs.


·         Facilitate progression by implementing and executing exam entry campaigns


·         Facilitate progression by arranging for revision sessions, crash courses with colleges, exam technique sessions and online revision sessions.


·         Facilitate progression by providing assistance for convocation ceremonies within Pakistan and organising regular soft skill and technical workshops.


·         Managing collateral distribution for learning and employer partners including various campaigns flyers and stands and CGMA thought leadership output for employer data bases.


·         Work closely with CIM on all BD activities and establishing key account plans including follow up activities with universities and employer partners


·         Other minor duties as the head of the branch office:


o    To administer financial reconciliations including deposits and withdrawals


o    To liaise with the bank in regards to all ingoing and outgoing funds (grant related).


o    To maintain financial systems as required ensuring accurate data entry.


o    To carry out simple banking duties when required and prepare payments for authorisation


ACCOUNTABILITIES


·         Achieve new student registrations, lapse prevention and exam entry targets.


·         Achieve target number of presentations and prospect engagement.


·         Support branch management and administration activities


·         Respond to queries relating to registration, exemptions, fee payment, CBA examinations and membership process within target time frame in a professional manner.


·         Other relevant projects or tasks as required
