Job Description: |
- Qualified and experienced resources required for business development of our Building Material & Chemical section.
- Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects and recommending solutions.
- Periodically review distributor performance and check on gaps in performance and seek reasons and actionable steps to close the gaps.
- Accurately forecasts annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams. Achieve and execute sales budget volume and price.
- Seeking new income generation opportunities and develops specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all product categories. Work with third parties to assess distribution and flagship network opportunities.
- Meets sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual sales budget.
- Current market analysis; assessing market size and market share.
- Monitor competitors business moves to strategize in challenging market landscape.
- Key accounts / distributors induction and ensure price, volume and deliverables.
- Keep a tab on arithmetic calculations; pricing structures, gross margin and profitability.
- Ensure premium price positioning in the market.
