We are looking for skilled KAM (Key Account Manager) for Karachi Office to oversee the relationship of the company with its most important clients. You will be responsible for obtaining and maintaining long term key customers by comprehending their requirements.
Job Specifications:
• Managing stock updates of vendors and planning for drop shipping transition
• Maintaining out of stock, lead time, making cancellation and delay tickets for the customers.
• Documentation for Ecommerce (E-Tailers) accounts for Client, in order to support recommendations regarding service, sales, growth opportunities, and e-tailer performance.
• Provide logistical and inventory updates to e-tailer.
• Act as a liaison between customer care department, operations and e-tailers.
• Develop customized strategies providing high customer service levels.
• Responsible for the efficient flow of product from warehouse to customers, ensuring clear communication of gaps/misses and planning remediation.
• Facilitate monthly KPI cross-functional team meetings with Customer Service, operations and e-tailers.
• Publish and communicate reports accordingly, to insure initiatives and executions are progressing to plan
• Leading or participating in specific projects which provide efficiencies, improved service, and business growth.
• Timely addressing to the concerns and queries of Client to maintain the strong business partnership.
Individual Must Possess:
• Bachelors/Masters degree in business or related field
• 3 years of experience in Key Account Management.
• Distribution and E-Commerce related experience is mandatory.
• Clear understanding of Inventory management, warehouse and logistic operations
