A multinational advertising agency is looking for a conceptual Senior Art Director for their Riyadh office. We’re not just looking for someone who can execute brilliantly crafted work, but also be the catalyst for bringing insanely brilliant concepts. Being able to think digitally, traditionally, and in ways people have never thought of is a must. Just as important we’re also looking for someone who understands their way around an advertising agency, and can inspire others to create nothing but great work. Working with and understanding strategy gets you brownie points.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Developing fresh designs, stories, concepts, and unexpected extras. 
• Can take direction, but can defend their position
• Work with the appropriate teams to advance powerful ideas and get them in the right channels
• Keeps up-to-date with best practices in design trends, web usability, web design and business/industry trends
• Must be client facing 
• Applying creativity to every aspect of your job
• Must be able to lead, motivate and inspire a team of junior designers 
• Must have great collaboration, presentation, and communication skills 
• Must be able to think like a visionary and lead creative brainstorm meetings 
• Must have strong time management skills with the ability to focus on priorities, juggle multiple tasks, and keep cool under pressure 
• Must have experience developing display and presentation material 
• Must have excellent computer skills in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) 3D a plus
• Photo art direction, digital design, and writing skills a plus

Must have at least 5 years of creative development experience and an extensive portfolio of applicable creative material. Bachelor's degree preferred. Our benefits include visa, medical, ticket, paids holidays, insurance.
