Job Description:

We are seeking applications for the position of Manager Operational Risk. Interested candidates meeting the following criteria are encouraged to apply.

Job responsibilities:

·         Creating a liaison between the Operational Risk Management Division (ORMD) and other risk owners

·         Receiving documents from other departments and ensure timely processing

·         Assisting the HRC in creating a culture of awareness across the bank and educating the employees about the operational risk and its significance to the bank.

·         Assisting the HRC in the implementation of the bank’s operational risk policy.

·         Visiting the branches for carrying out the tests for operational risk identification and assessment.

·         Overseeing and monitoring the activities of the ORMD team members and the review of their work.

·         Reporting promptly to the HRC of any significant issues relating to the operational risk issues that may adversely affect the bank.

·         Any other responsibilities assigned by the HRC..

 Qualification: MBA/M.Com              

 Experience:    Minimum 05 Year relevant Experience
