The Product Manager is responsible for ensuring the success of assigned products/services portfolio essentially in terms of sales targets achievement. Further, ensure product/services specific sales, marketing and customer relationship management objectives are achieved by acting as the product/service leader within the company. In addition, for assigned vendors would act a focal person to coordinate/support all the sales team, customer and company requirements.

Product Knowledge
Develop and maintain knowledge and expertise on all aspects of the product/service. Subsequently, deliver product/service knowledge and trainings internally to sales teams and externally to customers.
Effectively articulates value proposition associated with the product/services. Provide necessary product details, communicate technical, industry, and market facts to position products/services effectively with customers.
Perform pre-sales activities like demo, presentation, product sizing, licensing, helping customer prepare RFPs/Tenders.
Business Development Plan/Execution
Go-to-market plan development and execution to ensure the sales target are met.
Developing annual, quarterly and monthly sales plans/revenue forecasts and in conjunction set out a marketing plan.
Execute and ensure success of the sales plans and marketing plans through close coordination with LoBs.
Customer Relationship Management
Sales account plan to profile, identify, approach and qualify potential customers across Pakistan resulting in new income for company to an agreed target, to increase year on year.
Actively and successfully manage end-end sales process with the target audience including but not limited to opportunity identification, product positioning/pitch, opportunity qualification, competition insight, proposal submissions, negotiation & deal closing.
Accountable for client proposals, contracts, PoC coordination and any other activities required as per customer need and from sales team for assigned product/services.
Maintain an updated sales funnel for the opportunities, leads etc. and log progress on continual basis on Sugar CRM
Vendor Relationship Management (If applicable)
Develop annual business plan for the assigned vendors and ensure agreed KPIs are met.
Maintain an up to date list of opportunities and keep a track of progression and ensure continuous updates to vendors
Work closely with the assigned vendor to ensure optimum use of their available incentive program to maximize company profitability and motivate sale team. Further, ensure pre-requisites to qualify and subsequently get payments/reward.
Ensure continuous liaison with assigned vendor for best possible commercial offers in perspective of outcompeting internal and external competition on the opportunity. Ensure offers remain valid per customer/sales team requirement or whatever best applicable in the instance & keep a continuous track for same with sales team and vendor
