- Holding Bachelor Degree (Preferred MBA)
- Having 3 to 5 years of slaes experience.
- Strong Relationship with Architect, Consultants, Constructions and Building Material.
- Strong Relationship with construction related projects in our territory, Builders, Contractors, Dealing with Companies.
- Having ability to achive targets
- Manage existing clients/distributors of the assigned area.
- Roll out annual Distributor programs.
- To work closely with the distributor and their staff members in meeting annual targets.
- Effective management of branding activities in order to build strong brand presence in the markets.
- Increase market penetration to develop & increase the retail base.
