Job Description: |
Job Objective:
Officer User Management Desk (UMD) will be for Banking Application User related queries/issues including new user creation, user profile change, password reset, ID reassignment and ID activation / inactivation. He will be responsible for record keeping of UMD activities in soft and hard form.
Key Responsibilities
User Management Desk
- Creation of new user ids in available systems after completing all documentary requirements.
- Change in user role/rights after due approval and documentary requirements
- Activation of User ID after due approval and documentary requirement
- Temporary In-activation of user IDs.
- Password reset and handing over to concerned user after verification.
- Keeping up-to-date record keeping related to UMD.
- Bank Essential (BE) End of Day (EOD) / End of Month (EoM) / End of Year (EoY) and Start of Day (SOD)
Record Keeping
- Responsible of record keeping of UMD related records.
- Respond to helpdesk related queries
Additional Tasks
- Any other relevant tasks assigned by line Manager
Educational Qualification
- Preferable a Master’s Degree in Business Administration/Finance/Commerce from an HEC recognized / overseas institution.
Skills
- Strong analytical, interpersonal and communications skills.
- Ability to adapt to a changing environment.
- Flexible individual having good social attributes.
- Is willing to travel or relocate.
- Highly proficient in MS Office suite.
- Exhibits and upholds KMBL’s values and social performance objectives.
Duration and Nature of Previous Experience
- 1-2 years working experience in a financial institution with good knowledge of banking systems and IT applications.
