Job Description:

1.       Developing and administering various human resources plans and procedures for all company personnel

a.       Participating in developing department goals, objectives and systems with management guidelines

b.      Developing, recommending and implementing personnel policies and procedures; preparing and maintaining handbook on policies and procedures

2.       Accustomed to independent working

3.       Ensuring legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable provincial and federal labor laws and representing the organization at any hearings if necessary

4.       Recruiting for Organization

a.       Talent Acquisition and short listing of candidates according to requirements

b.      Verification of short listed candidates (qualifications and experience)

c.       Preparing and getting appointment letters signed by all employees with job descriptions

d.      Orientation to newly joined employees with policies and providing welcome package

e.      Counseling managers on candidate selection

5.       Compensation and Benefits

a.       Implementing and annually updating compensation programs

b.      Maintain a pay plan by conducting periodic surveys and job evaluations

c.       Designing and Implementing MBO, Incentive and benefit programs with management guidelines

d.      Managing Organization Payroll and Benefits

6.       Designing and contributing in employee and career development plans

7.       Travel

a.       Primarily an office job however must be prepared to travel out-of-city with overnight stay, if required

8.       Hearing and resolving employee grievances

9.   Final Settlement of employees, conducting and analyzing exit interviews

10.   Maintaining Organizational charts and historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system, keeping past and current employee records

11. Accomplish the admin tasks.
