1. Marketing Manager
Marketing manager shall be responsible for developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing plans for all businesses of H Cube BMG Pvt. Ltd.
Day-to-day tasks include leading market research efforts to uncover the viability of current and existing services, and liaising with media organizations and advertising agencies for promotion of H Cube BMG Pvt. Ltd. expertise in a B2B and also in a B2C environment.
Marketing manager shall be responsible to determine budgets and targets, and will often be charged with developing pricing strategies for services.
1.1 Duties of the Marketing Manager include:
· Managing all marketing for the HCube and activities within the marketing department.
· Developing the marketing strategy for the HCube in line with HCube objectives.
· Inherently prone to attend business events for networking.
· Co-ordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities.
· Overseeing the HCube’s marketing budget.
· Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans.
· Planning and implementing promotional campaigns.
· Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results.
· Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity
· Preparing online and print marketing campaigns.
· Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications.
· Creating a wide range of different marketing materials.
· Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant HCube functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.
· Analyzing potential strategic partner relationships for HCube marketing.
1.2 Requirements of the role:
· Bachelor degree in Marketing, MBA Marketing preferred.
· Marketing experience in cement, construction or FMCG industry shall be preferred.
· Must have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize in a changing environment.
· Must have excellent interpersonal skills and follow- up skills.
· Proactive problem prevention and issue resolution leadership ability.
· Leadership potential.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media required.
· Ability to learn other software programs.
