| Job Description: |
- Various types of Executive Reporting on Daily, Weekly, Monthly and annual basis.
- Seeks confirmation from Banks on the behalf of the company to assure timely transactions and prepare and maintain Daily Cash Positions.
- Must be expert in Excel, Word, Emails
- Prepare Income Statement, Balance sheet, Accounts receivables
- Review monthly Financial Assessment of company's performance
- Assist with tax audits and tax returns
- Preferably know withholding tax and sales tax filing
- Timely identification and rectification of financial and operational concern
- Can do physical audits
- Manage accounting assistants and bookkeepers
- Any other task assign by (Administrative work)
- Audit firm experience will be preferred.
- Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables
- Must be punctual.
