Purpose of the Job:
To Assist Company Secretary in all activities are carried on efficiently and effectively to allow the other operations to function properly of FFL Head Office.
Key Outputs:
- To help with time and daily management such as correspondence and note taking to keep the diary for day to day task.
- Planning HOD Travel arrangement
- To undertake all the secretarial tasks effectively.
- Maintain diaries and dealing with incoming email, post corresponding on behalf of the HOD.
- Taking action points, typing documents, screening phone calls, enquiries and requests and handling them when appropriate.
- Communication Management between HOD and other departments
- Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority;
- Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of the HOD
Job Specifications:
