Purpose of the Job: 

To Assist Company Secretary in all activities are carried on efficiently and effectively to allow the other operations to function properly of FFL Head Office.

Key Outputs:

1. To help with time and daily management such as correspondence and note taking to keep the diary for day to day task.


2. Planning HOD Travel arrangement


3. To undertake all the secretarial tasks effectively.


4. Maintain diaries and dealing with incoming email, post corresponding on behalf of the HOD.


5. Taking action points, typing documents, screening phone calls, enquiries and requests and handling them when appropriate.


6. Communication Management between HOD and other departments


7. Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority;


8. Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of the HOD

Job Specifications:
