Job Title: Manager Real Estate

Job Description:
- To identify potential clients interested in investments in real estate;
- To contact potential clients via calls, emails, and arranged meetings to offer them real estate management services;
- To prepare and to present business proposals to clients, highlighting the available services and property/real estate management products;
- To train the real estate management staff and contractors;
- To monitor the performance of the hired contractors to ensure desired performance and results;
- To maintain an updated knowledge of property market, development authorities’bye laws, land revenue bye-laws, rules, applicable tax structure;
- To maintain updated knowledge of property values, trends, practices and market feedbacks;
- To provide the company, as well as to the prospective clients with the periodic updates and reports on the status a property market;
- To ensure that the real estate operations are in line with the government laws and regulations;
- To implement best practices, procedures and standards in real estate operations;

Competencies Required:
- Have passion about the real estate management and sales;
- Strong critical thinking and negotiation skills;
- Excellent with numbers and figures;
- Extrovert and excellent people management skills;
- Good writing, drafting and presentation skills;
- Reasonably good in written and spoken English;
- Expert in Microsoft Office and SPSS;
- Self-motivated, pleasant, positive mindset and consistent towards achievement of goals.
