Main Responsibilities:

Develop content strategy aligned with the guidelines of Neighborhood Guides.

Supervision of Surveyors and Media teams  to plan and develop content

To supervise the collection and validation of the data.

Ensuring that KPI’s of media teams are met

Supervision of media teams to ensure maximum coverage

Conducting field surveys with teams

Communicate with Tech Team Leads and other concerns to fix and add new options.

Create engaging content.

Edit, proofread and upload the content.

Communicate with content writers to ensure consistency.

Optimize content, according to SEO.

Use content management systems to analyze website traffic and users engagement metrics.

Develop a document for record to ensure that content team, media sources and Surveyors are on board.

Ensure content is compliance with law (e.g. copyright and data protection).

Stay up-to-date with developments and generate new ideas to draw audience’s attention.

 Skills:

Proven work experience as a Content team lead.

Hands on experience with MS Office.

Technical knowledge of web publishing.

Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics.

Excellent writing skills in English.

Attention to detail.

Good organizational and time-management skills.

People Management
