We are an inbound support office for several minicab companies in UK. Primary objective is answering phone calls from across the world and taking bookings for journeys. Our agents adhere to international standards with excellent English & outstanding customer care. Atlas-Lahore is unparalleled in offering financial and job stability. Our offices are in the ARFA Software Technology Park with state-of-the-art infrastructure and technology. We ideally require UK return candidates who understand London and its geography. However, all applicants must be based in Lahore.

Main Duties:

• Handling inbound calls and processing customer bookings, reservations and inquiries


• Building relationships with new and existing customers and corporate clients


• Managing travel and journey issues on behalf of our customers via Realtime in-house tracking systems and applications


• Case creation for customer complaints


• Achieve and maintain all performance, productivity and quality targets set

Essential Requirements:

• Good command of the English language


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills


• Computer literate with good keyboard skills


• Call centre and/or customer service experience


• Willingness and ability to learn and work long (Often Unsociable) shifts

Preference will be given to candidates having:

• Taxi or similar travel booking experience


• Customer service qualification


• Working knowledge of any dispatch system


• Topographical knowledge of London

Note:

If you have been a cab controller in London – You are almost guaranteed a Job in Lahore. All candidates will go through a paid training period.
