We are hiring for a brand manager with minimum 2 years work experience in consumer/fmcg markets.
The candidate must have the ability to deliver appropriate marketing campaigns based on consumer insights and budget constraints. The candidate will be required to generate strategies that grow market share and brand’s reputation, improve customer experience and drive growth.
Responsibilities
· Developing, implementing and executing marketing initiatives and activities
. Conduct research on competitor brands and develop plans to generate growth.
. Conduct research on new products and pricing strategies.
. Liason with sales team and vendors.
. Liason with Marketing and social media agencies.
. Plan and monitor activation events.
· Driving market growth
· Monitoring market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities and key issues
· Translating brand strategies into brand plans, brand positioning and go-to-market strategies
· Innovating growth strategies
· Anticipate bottlenecks
· Oversee marketing and advertising activities to ensure consistency with product line strategy
· Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions
· Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Requirements
· Proven working experience as assistant brand manager
· Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix
· Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management
· Strong research & analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges
· Data-driven thinking
· Drive for results and leaderships skills
· Ability to think creatively and innovatively
· Experience in identifying target audiences and devising campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
· Advanced communication and interpersonal skills
· Up-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practices
· Comfortable working with numbers, metrics and spreadsheets
· Excellent command of English & Urdu languages
· BBA/BS/MBA/MS degree in marketing or a related field
