Core Responsibilities:
1. Product Configuration & Market Intelligence
· Become an expert and an evangelist in Banking & Financial Services and Environmental Health and Safety operational excellence, risk & compliance and support the product configuration, requirements, how buyers buy our products, buying criteria, be the expert on competition to crush them and change the game
· Interface with experts, sales and marketing and assist to deliver business cases with prioritized features, corresponding justification of investment to a) Stay in the game, b) Win the game and c) Change the game
· Participate in the launch of products configured with industry specific content and workflows, configured products, releases and manage the cross-functional – implementation of the plan
2. Demand Generation
· Use pragmatic marketing techniques for product positioning, messaging and pricing that differentiates our products in the market to drive marketing qualified leads
· Use content marketing, branding, PR and webinars, online training to drive demand generation
· Maintain a data base of experts and consulting firms to promote their consult and advisory services, support webinars and turn them into product evangelists to drive leads
3. Sales Enablement
· Communicate the value proposition of products to the sales team and develop sales tools and RFP library that supports the selling process of those products
· Support the development of demo scripts, product demo presentations and videos, and at times perform demos for the sales teams for consistency in messaging and to stay focused on the customer experience
