- Educational Qualification:
- Minimum MBA or equivalent
- Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience as business development manager in services sector (Banks, Financial Institutes, Advisory Firms etc.)
- Job Responsibilities
- Development, implementation and management of the Sales& marketing Strategies, Policies, Procedures and Guidelines for the company.
- Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.
- Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization.
- Arranging business development meetings with prospective clients
- Relationship building with new clients
- Set up meetings between client decision makers and company’s practice leaders
- Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends.
- Identify opportunities in local market for business expansion
- Manage business development team and provide them necessary guideline and trainings
- Develop entry level staff into valuable business development staff
