| Job Description: |
- Design, develop & implement accounting processes, procedures and systems
- Business Planning, Financial Budgeting, Analysis and Reporting.
- Establish and Maintain Financial Statements.
- Strong grip on General Ledger
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounts department including a staff of 7 to 8 employees.
- Assign projects and direct staff to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Proactively provides value-added business advice to achieve business goals.
- Consistently manages the application of regulatory accounting, tax and legal best practices in all transactions.
- Bank related matters; Bank Guarantees, L/C
- Coordinate and complete annual audits.
