•The Sales and Support is a department that works internationally on Outbound Sales & Support calls.

•You will be responsible for providing quality sales and customer support services through outbound calls, on the basis of provided guidelines.

JOB RESPONSIBLITIES:

•Manage large number ofoutbound calls in a timely and efficient manner.

•Follow communication scripts when handling different customer concerns.

•Obtain client information by making telephone calls, interviewing clients and verifying information.

•Keep record of all conversations in the call center database in a comprehensible way.•Females are encouraged to apply.•Females will be given free pick and drop facility.

7:00 pm to 1:00 a.m

7:00pm to 12:00 a.m
